ABOUT THE FOUNDERS
Ashera Vale™ Enterprises, LLC was created from the vision of Randi McCracken. This company is her original creation, shaped by years of studying wellness, design, and the profound impact that our living environments have on long-term health. Randi leads every project with a clear purpose: to build non toxic homes that are clean, safe, and free from the chemical exposure found in most modern construction. She directs all design decisions, material standards, and health-based specifications to ensure that every home supports the people who live in it, including families seeking off grid and hybrid grid living for greater independence and resilience.
Randi is completing dual associate degrees in General Education and Health Science, along with extended studies in holistic interior design and non toxic building materials. Her work focuses on eliminating the chemicals commonly found in conventional homes. Standard materials such as treated lumber, particleboard, plywood binders, drywall compounds, paints, flooring adhesives, carpets, vinyl plumbing components, and synthetic finishes release volatile organic compounds, formaldehyde, phthalates, and flame retardant chemicals. These substances are linked to respiratory irritation, endocrine disruption, chronic inflammation, headaches, hormonal imbalance, fatigue, allergies, and long-term neurological effects. Most people are unaware that many of their everyday symptoms originate from the materials inside their homes. This realization is what led Randi to create Ashera Vale, offering a safer, healthier alternative for families.
While Randi defines the health standards and design philosophy, Michael McCracken brings the structural and technical expertise to life. Mike is a United States Army combat veteran with more than twenty-two years of residential construction experience and fifteen years of commercial building, glazing, steelwork, and high-end retail fabrication. His commercial portfolio includes major flagship projects for Apple, Tiffany and Co., Chanel, Louis Vuitton, Burberry, and several other luxury brands, all of which demanded precision engineering and advanced craftsmanship. Mike is capable of building every component of a home, from the foundation to the finishing details, and serves as the lead builder and site director overseeing all crews and trades.
Together, Randi and Mike combine wellness-centered design with elite construction expertise to create modern, non toxic, off grid capable homes that support clean air, healthy families, and long-term resilience. Their shared purpose is to build homes that truly protect the people who live in them, using materials and methods that honor both health and craftsmanship for generations to come.

This bathroom represents the heart of what Ashera Vale™ creates: luxury interiors that function both on and off the grid without sacrificing beauty or comfort. Our off grid capable bathrooms are designed with non toxic materials, composting or low water toilet options, gravity fed or pressure adjustable plumbing, propane or wood stove heating possibilities, and air systems that remain safe during power outages. Every element is chosen to reduce chemical exposure, increase independence, and ensure your home remains fully functional no matter the circumstance.

Peer-reviewed research (VOCs + health):

Most homes trap moisture inside walls, under flooring, building lumber and in insulation. Even a minor leak can feed toxic mold species that are already present releasing spores and mycotoxins into the air. Studies link mold exposure to inflammation, chronic fatigue, depression, anxiety, brain fog, asthma, and long-term immune dysfunction
