    About Ashera Vale™ Enterprises LLC

    Our History

    ABOUT THE FOUNDER

Ashera Vale™ Enterprises, LLC was founded by Randi McCracken with a vision to redefine residential construction through healthier, non-toxic, and environmentally conscious building practices. Guided by years of studying environmental health, healthy building practices, wellness, and thoughtful design, she established Ashera Vale™ to create homes that prioritize the long-term health, comfort, and well-being of the people who live in them.

A lifelong resident of St. Clair County, Michigan, Randi earned dual Associate degrees in General Education and Science. In September 2026, she will continue her education through the UCLA Paralegal Program, expanding her understanding of the legal, regulatory, and contractual frameworks that intersect with business, construction, environmental issues, and consumer advocacy. She believes lifelong learning is essential to responsible leadership and remains committed to continually expanding her knowledge as healthy building practices and construction standards evolve.

As Founder and CEO, Randi establishes the vision, healthy design philosophy, and material standards that guide every Ashera Vale™ project. Her approach emphasizes thoughtful material selection, indoor air quality, moisture management, water quality, durability, resilience, EMF-conscious design considerations, and sound building principles to create homes designed for long-term performance and healthier living. For homeowners seeking greater independence and preparedness, optional hybrid and off-grid capabilities can also be incorporated into each home’s design.

Her passion for healthier built environments grew from years of independent research into environmental health, indoor air quality, building materials, and human wellness. She believes healthier homes begin with informed decisions, transparency, intellectual curiosity, and a willingness to follow the evidence as research and healthy building practices continue to evolve.

Through Ashera Vale™, Randi advocates for reducing exposure to selected chemicals and higher-emission materials commonly used in conventional residential construction by carefully evaluating products for durability, performance, and their potential impact on indoor environmental quality. Every project is approached with the goal of creating a home that balances beauty, functionality, craftsmanship, and long-term value while supporting a healthier indoor environment.

While Randi defines the company’s vision and healthy building standards, Ashera Vale™ collaborates with experienced architects, engineers, builders, designers, and skilled trades to bring each project to life with precision, structural integrity, and exceptional craftsmanship.

Through Ashera Vale™, Randi is building more than homes. She is advancing a philosophy that healthy buildings should be beautiful, durable, thoughtfully designed, and created to support the people who live in them for generations to come.

    Luxury Meets Off Grid Capability

This bathroom represents the heart of what Ashera Vale™ creates: luxury interiors that function both on and off the grid without sacrificing beauty or comfort. Our off grid capable bathrooms are designed with non toxic materials, composting or low water toilet options, gravity fed or pressure adjustable plumbing, propane or wood stove heating possibilities, and air systems that remain safe during power outages. Every element is chosen to reduce chemical exposure, increase independence, and ensure your home remains fully functional no matter the circumstance.

Hidden Mold Is a Proven Trigger for Neurological and Immune Problems

Most homes trap moisture inside walls, under flooring, building lumber and in insulation. Even a minor leak can feed toxic mold species that are already present releasing spores and mycotoxins into the air. Studies link mold exposure to inflammation, chronic fatigue, depression, anxiety, brain fog, asthma, and long-term immune dysfunction

Common Building Materials Release Endocrine-Disrupting Chemicals

EMF Exposure Is Recognized by the WHO and NIH as a Biological Stressor

OSB, plywood, insulation, carpets, vinyl flooring, paints, and adhesives often contain PFAS, formaldehyde, flame retardants, and solvent-based binders. These chemicals off-gas for years. Research shows they interfere with hormones, fertility, childhood development, thyroid function, and increase cancer risk.
